How It Got Started
I was a private equity and venture capitalist for years. I have always loved cooking and baking. It is an important way that I give my love to others. My oldest, Charlie, asked me one day how you get to start a business. And several conversations later, he convinced me to launch Brodi's Kitchen at our local green market.
What struck me immediately was how many people have food restrictions. Nothing was worse to me than seeing a kid at a birthday party that cannot eat the cake. That fueled me to develop delectable bites that everyone could enjoy.
So now this banker turned baker is serving you my heart on a platter.
